For 15 years now, I have known Megan to be a loving caring, compassionate, honest and trustworthy person. She is very dependable. punctual, goal driven and solution oriented. We met in the fall of 1997, we attended the same middle school and had elective classes together. We had plenty of common interests back then and over time became really good friends.
To this day we remain such good friends; I can go to her with any issue and ask for advice knowing that I will recieve an honest opinion. She has two children of her own, whome I've watched grow into well behaved children because of her gentle methods of parenting.
She has also watched my children grow and at times, has babysat while I had appointments to attend. She offers structured guidance, a playful approach to solving problems, planned activities that jumpstart my children's interests in learning, and a standard routine for all the kids. She has many great qualities as a friend and a provider.

I am writing to highly recommend Megan Davis as a childcare provider. I have entrusted Megan with taking care of my children since she started providing childcare. Megan has taken care of my son, age 3, full time. She has also taken care of my daughter, age 6, when she is not attending school or her before and after school program.
My son had only been watched full time by my parents, so I was nervous about sending him somewhere else for care. I didn't know how he would react to it. It took my son no time at all to feel"right at home" at Megan's. He connected with her right away and has been excited to go ever since. That speaks volumes to me about Megan.
Megan has been more than willing to watch my daughter when I need her. My daughter enjoys it so much that she asks when the next day is that she does not have school so she can go to Megan's.
Megan has many valuable and important qualities that make her a wonderful childcare provider. She is always flexible and easy to work with. She is very easy to talk to and has a great attitude. She really listens to you and understand what you want and need from her as your child's provider. I can trust that she takes care of my children the way she does her own. I have no doubt that they are having a great time learning, playing, and interacting.

As new parents, we were overwhelmed by our options for child care and the types of care available for our new baby. After extensive research, we believed that Meg Davis would be the best provider and would offer the kind of care our son deserved. We met with Meg several times. We toured her home. We met her family. She answered freely any questions we had with an opennes that eased our minds. After careful consideration, we became as comfortable as new parents could be with choosing a care person for their child. My husband and I could not be happier with our decision.
Ms. Davis has been a considerate and thoughtful provider for Brecken. She has a safe and secure home for children. She is engaged with Brecken and teaches rather than just observes. I have seen growth and development in my son over the past several months that I attribute to Ms. Davis' style of in-home care. While she teaches and guides our son, she is also extremely respectful of us as Brecken's parents and volunteers ideas, rather than assuming we mvoe forward with her methods. She keeps me involved in Brecken's day to day activities which allows me to feel positively about continuing to maintain my work schedule.
